5-10 business days depending on what is being done.
Do you Guarantee your work?
Yes, if your laces break under normal playing conditions within 6 months, we will relace them for free.
What color lace do you use?
We offer many different colors of lace depending on availability of our supplier. Black and Tan laces are standard, other colors will incur a $5 up charge.
do you sell lace?
Yes, based on availbility. 1/4" lace is $7.00 - 3/16" lace is $6.50

What is your process to break in gloves?
We use a small amount of hot water, as recommended by Wilson glove master Aso, a custom made baseball glove mallett, a secret oil formula, and a lot of work off of a pitching machine.
what repairs can you make?
We are able to make any lace repairs necessary. We are not currently able to make leather repairs, but are in the process of offering that, as well.
